The Simsbury Celebrates 2015 planning committee will be shaking things up this year. A LEGO Competition and Exhibit will replace the Annual Gingerbread House Competition and Exhibit. The theme of the LEGO Building Competition & Exhibit is "Americana."
Each entry must be an original design, no boxed LEGO kits will be accepted. There is a suggested $10 donation fee, but with a donation of $20.15 your name will appear in the 2015 program brochure.
Contest rules are attached below. If you would like to donate $20.15, or another amount, please call the Recreation Department at 860-658-3836 to register. Otherwise, please use the links below to sign up for the LEGO Building Contest, or print out the paper Entry Form and mail it in.
Registration will begin on Thursday, September 10, 2015. Registration must be completed by November 18, 2015. Due to space, only the first 60 entries will be guaranteed acceptance into the competition, with 20 spaces being available in each of the 3 categories.
By registering for this competition, you are releasing the Town of Simsbury and Simsbury Celebrates from any liability due to damage or loss of property.
