Self-Defense Clinic for females ages 6 and older

Cost: Free with donation of a non-perishable food item
Black Belt Jukido Instructors from the Simsbury Jukido Academy and Granby YMCA Dojo are offering a free self-defense clinic to females ages 6 and older. Instructors will teach and demonstrate basic self-defense techniques that can be used to protect oneself in certain situations. The importance of awareness and risk avoidance will also be addressed. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Pre-registration is required through the Simsbury Culture Parks & Recreation Department. Class size is limited so be sure to register early.
