2018 SIMSBURY FARMS POOL SEASON

BENEFITS TO A BEING A SEASON PASS HOLDER
MEMBERS ONLY HOUR -NOON-1:00PM - MONDAY-FRIDAY
-Simsbury Farms pool will open Monday-Friday from Noon-1:00pm for
SEASON PASS HOLDERS ONLY. This extra hour will allow pass holders earlier access to to the pool facility before camp programs and general public admission are allowed access beginning at 1:00pm.
*New for 2018 - On special event days during the month of July, inflatables will be open from noon-1:00pm for members.
PARTY AT THE POOL
-exclusive to SEASON PASS HOLDERS. Use our upper deck above the snack bar for your own private party area during public swim, at no cost. Reservations are required to secure a date, call Simsbury Farms for details and available dates.
-SEASON PASS HOLDERS can be cash free at the snack bar with our debit account system - "Snack Bucks". To purchase go to "Store" listed in the left column.
$10 OFF SWIMMING LESSONS
-SEASON PASS HOLDERS save $10 on swimming lessons
Simsbury Farms uses pool pass ID cards with bar codes on the back. Members will scan their cards for admittance to the pool. All pass holders, must have a photo of each member taken to be stored in our computers. The photo will appear on a screen at the pool entrance once a card is scanned. The cards are similar to fitness club cards.
If you don't have a photo linked to your pass, you will not be able to access the pool using your membership.
The same cards with their bar codes will be re-activated in our system each year you purchase a season pool pass.
At the end of the pool season, do not throw away your bar-coded passes; you will keep them from year to year. If you lose your passes during the pool season there will be a replacement fee of $5 per card.
New members will have their passes mailed to them beginning in late May.
WHAT IS A FAMILY PASS?
•A family pass is good for up to ONLY FOUR immediate family members (parents and children) living in the same household.
•When you sign up for a family pass, you must PICK WHICH MEMBERS SHOULD BE COVERED BY CLICKING THE BOXES NEXT TO THEIR NAMES!
•We allow one child caregiver to be added to a family pass (ex. a grandparent or babysitter) If the caregiver would be the 5th member of the family, an ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER pass must be purchased for the caregiver, just as an additional family member pass would be purchased for a 4th, 5th or 6th child.
•Any other relatives living in the house full time may purchase an individual pass.
•A FAMILY PASS FOR FOUR FAMILY MEMBERS MUST BE IN THE CART FIRST BEFORE ANY ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED.
HOW DO I ADD AN ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER OR CAREGIVER TO MY FAMILY PASS?
1. If the additional person is not already included in your household, you must add a new member
2. Then under your head of household name, add a family membership to your cart
3. You will choose the 4 members of your household to have covered by your family pass
3. Then click change member to the person you want to purchase an additional pass for
4. Choose the additional family member pass option for that person
