Get Fit and Lose Weight – A Weight Loss Challenge



If lasting change in your health and wellness is on your resolution list then join us on a fun journey towards sustainable weight loss.  Get Fit and Lose Weight is a proven 8 week program designed to jump start you on the way to sustainable weight loss and improved wellness.  Previous participants have lost 10% of body weight and more while learning about healthy nutrition, incorporating small changes for big impact, dealing with bumps in the road and finding the plan that works for you.  This is not a one size fits all program.  Expect to have some fun, learn a lot and even earn some rewards as you work hard towards YOUR goals. Bonus mini-session to show off your progress, share your experience and get your rewards (to be agreed upon with program participants at first session) included 6 weeks after class end. Every week will cover different topics such as:




  1. Motivators and finding yours


  2. Eating plans and finding the best fit for you


  3. Portions


  4. Meal planning, shopping and food preparation


  5. Time challenges and healthy choices


  6. Shortcuts, cheats and hacks for healthier eating and calorie burning


  7. Physical activity






  • Finding the best activities for you


  • Mini workouts and energy burning ideas






  1. Keeping it going




 
Bonus check-in session 6 weeks after program end: Show off your results and you may win an awesome reward and bragging rights

Number of Sessions: 8 plus Bonus final check-in and awards
Length of each session: 1.5 hours (1 hour session plus 30 minutes for weekly weigh-in)
Cost per participant: $200
Minimum number of participants: 8
