Young adults doing wieght training.
Taught by certified Personal Trainer Jen Lehman, these classes will be held on Tuesday mornings at Boy Scout Hall  There will be a maximum of 6 people per class to ensure that the Small Group feel and comfort level is there.

You may do drop-in classes for $20. Please bring exact change or a check with you.

Small Group Training: While using light weights you will create long, lean muscles and a strong core. This is a low impact class where you will gain maximum results. This class will be held Tuesday mornings at Boy Scout Hall.
