NO YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED – SUITABLE FOR MEN, WOMEN AND KIDS 12+
Wednesday nights 6:00-7:00PM at Valley Yoga & Healing Center, 730 Hopmeadow St. (Rear of Building, Lower Level)
This 8 week session runs from May 5 – June 23 Cost = $100.
