Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This style of Hatha Yoga synchronizes breath (pranayama) with movement (asanas), flowing through a series of yoga poses. The practice encourages increased strength, flexibility, balance, vitality & detoxification. These classes will incorporate vinyasa flow and posture alignment with a focus on breathwork for physical, mental & emotional health and balance. Allow yourself to gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits & find joy in your practice. All levels are welcome-no experience is necessary.
