MARTIAL ARTS - JUKIDO JUJITSU

Jukido is a martial art that fuses principles, techniques and training methods of Judo, Aikido, Karate, and authentic forms of Jujitsu into a dynamic, effective and powerful system of self-defense.  The Jukido system was formulated and founded in 1959 by Shihan Paul Arel. Jukido translated is "The Way of Gentle Flowing Power." Students learn techniques to counter aggression, prevent fights and manage bullies. The goal in Jukido is to enable a smaller and weaker person to defend themself against attackers who may be larger and stronger, in armed and unarmed situations. Students learn three primary principles for the execution of every technique - utilization of motion, points and circles, and attacker's centerline. Moves and techniques include:  rollouts, throws, take downs, evasions, wrist grabs, and joint manipulations.  Safety, doing one’s best and fun is emphasized!   Discover authentic martial arts - we build confidence , not egos.
